National law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Energy and Environmental practice in the Princeton area. The role will focus on counseling energy-sector and regulated-industry clients on transactional, regulatory and permitting matters as well as environmental compliance and remediation matters.

The successful candidate will join a cross-practice team supporting regional and national clients and will work on matters that intersect regulatory, transactional and litigation considerations. The firm encourages candidates with a portable practice and demonstrated client-development capabilities.

Established partner-level background in energy and/or environmental law with experience counseling industry clients on regulatory, transactional or compliance matters.
Proven client-development and business-generation skills; comfort managing and expanding a portable practice.
Active bar admission and track record of supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
Strong written and oral advocacy, and ability to work collaboratively across practice groups.
