Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Energy & Environmental practice in Providence. The role will involve leading client engagements across energy infrastructure, environmental permitting and regulatory matters, and transactional support for project development.

The team advises developers, investors and operators on project life-cycle issues including permitting, compliance counseling, regulatory advocacy and transactional documentation. The office offers a collaborative platform with cross-office resources to support complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.

Established partner with track record in energy and environmental matters, including infrastructure projects.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and experience handling permitting, regulatory counseling, and transactional work.
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable practice/clients expected.
Strong writing, client-facing and business development skills; ability to work collaboratively across offices.
