Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established energy and environmental practice in Salt Lake City. The role will combine litigation, transactional and regulatory work across energy and infrastructure matters, advising clients on compliance, permitting, and enforcement issues.

The successful candidate will lead matters, develop client relationships, and work closely with national and regional teams. This is a visible role for an experienced practitioner seeking a platform to grow a portable practice within a diversified legal team.

Established partner-level experience in energy and/or environmental law with significant litigation and regulatory exposure
Track record of leading matters and managing teams on complex transactional and enforcement matters
Well-developed client relationships and the ability to develop business — portable book of business welcomed
Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction and strong academic and professional references
