Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Energy & Environmental practice in Rochester. The role will lead client matters across energy projects and environmental permitting, working with multidisciplinary teams on transactional, regulatory, and infrastructure-related work.

This is an opportunity to develop and grow a portable practice in a well-established regional office while collaborating with national and practice-group colleagues. The team advises developers, owners, and other stakeholders on regulatory compliance, permitting, and project development matters.

Established partner with a track record in energy and environmental law, preferably with infrastructure or project experience.
Experience leading client matters and managing teams on transactional and regulatory work.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
Proven business development capability; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome.
