The team welcomes candidates with a portable practice and demonstrable client development track record. The hiring process is location‑agnostic, and compensation/evaluation is handled on a flexible, case‑by‑case basis.

Established partner or equivalent with a substantive Energy and/or Environmental practice
Proven client origination and a portable book of business
Strong technical knowledge of energy and infrastructure matters and experience leading transaction or regulatory teams
Excellent business development and team leadership skills
