Seeking a lateral partner to join an established energy and environmental practice in San Francisco. The role will involve leading high‑value regulatory, transactional and litigation matters across the energy sector and advising clients on environmental compliance and permitting.

The successful candidate will take a senior client‑facing role, mentoring junior lawyers and helping grow the West Coast practice. A portable practice and demonstrable business development capability are welcome and will be considered in appointment and compensation.

Proven partner‑level experience in energy and/or environmental law (regulatory, transactional, and/or litigation).
Strong client development and relationship management skills; track record of originating business preferred.
Bar admission in California or eligibility to be admitted; ability to practice in the United States.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience within a law firm setting.
