Seeking a partner to lead and grow a multidisciplinary energy practice from the firm's Seattle office. The role focuses on energy and environmental matters with significant work touching tax, maritime, and construction issues across renewable energy, oil & gas, and infrastructure projects.

This position is practice-led: you will advise developers, owners, and contractors on regulatory, transactional, and project-level risks, and collaborate with tax and environmental specialists on integrated client solutions.

Open to candidates with a portable practice; the firm welcomes partners who can contribute existing client relationships and business development momentum.

Partner-level experience in energy and/or environmental law, with exposure to tax, maritime, or construction matters.
Proven business development track record and ability to bring or grow client relationships.
Admissions as required to practice in Washington (or willingness to seek admission).
JD (or equivalent) and relevant bar qualification; demonstrated leadership on complex, project-based matters.
