The role focuses on energy and environmental matters with significant work touching tax, maritime, and construction issues across renewable energy, oil & gas, and infrastructure projects.
This position is practice-led: you will advise developers, owners, and contractors on regulatory, transactional, and project-level risks, and collaborate with tax and environmental specialists on integrated client solutions.
Open to candidates with a portable practice; the firm welcomes partners who can contribute existing client relationships and business development momentum.
- Partner-level experience in energy and/or environmental law, with exposure to tax, maritime, or construction matters.
- Proven business development track record and ability to bring or grow client relationships.
- Admissions as required to practice in Washington (or willingness to seek admission).
- JD (or equivalent) and relevant bar qualification; demonstrated leadership on complex, project-based matters.
