Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Energy & Environmental practice in Silicon Valley. The role will focus on renewable energy, energy-related regulatory work and transactional matters linked to private equity-backed investments.

The team advises sponsors, investors and developers on project development, financings, regulatory approvals and M&A. The firm is particularly interested in candidates with a portable practice who can expand or lead a team in the region.

Partner-level experience in energy and environmental matters, with a strong track record in renewables and transactional work.
Experience on regulatory matters and/or private equity-backed energy transactions preferred.
Proven business development abilities and a portable book of business; team leadership experience an advantage.
Admission to a US bar and authorization to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
