Experienced partner-level lawyer sought to lead and expand a Houston-based practice focused on energy, environmental, maritime and construction matters with a tax and regulatory component. The role combines client relationship development, cross-practice collaboration, and hands-on matter work across renewable and traditional energy projects.

The ideal candidate will take responsibility for originating and managing high-value matters, advising on regulatory and transactional issues, and mentoring junior lawyers. This is a partner opportunity with scope to bring and grow a portable practice.

Partner-level experience in energy, environmental, tax, or related maritime/construction work.
Demonstrated success advising on regulatory and transactional matters, including renewable energy projects.
Proven business development skills and experience managing client relationships and mentoring teams.
Admission to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdictions.
