Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a multi-disciplinary energy practice from the firm’s Newark office. The role covers energy tax, renewable energy, oil & gas regulatory matters, and maritime/construction work related to energy infrastructure.

Ideal candidate will advise on transactional, regulatory and tax issues across traditional and renewable energy projects, and will collaborate with litigation, construction and environmental teams on complex cross-practice matters.

The firm is seeking a senior contributor who can originate work and enhance an established client portfolio in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Proven partner-level experience in energy, energy tax, or related infrastructure practices.
Deep knowledge of renewable energy, oil & gas regulatory frameworks, and maritime/construction aspects of energy projects.
Demonstrated ability to originate and manage client relationships; a portable practice or established book of business is preferred.
Strong team leadership and cross-practice collaboration skills.
