Senior partner-level opportunity in Tokyo for an experienced energy and environmental lawyer. The role sits in a cross-border practice advising on energy and infrastructure matters, regulatory and environmental risk, and project work across Japan and the region.

The team handles transactional and regulatory matters for developers, sponsors and lenders, and seeks a partner who can lead mandates, develop client relationships and contribute to business growth. Remote or location‑agile arrangements are possible.

Proven partner-level experience in energy, infrastructure or environmental work.
Established track record of leading transactions or regulatory matters in Japan and/or the Asia‑Pacific market.
Demonstrable client development and relationship management skills; a portable practice or client relationships welcomed.
Fluency in English; Japanese language ability preferred or demonstrable experience working on matters in Japan.
