The role will involve advising on complex energy and environmental transactions, leading cross-border deals, and managing client relationships. The team works with corporate and project counterparties across the UAE and wider Middle East.

The firm is looking for an experienced partner able to drive business development, mentor more junior lawyers, and take a leadership role within the practice group.

Qualified lawyer with substantial transactional experience in energy and/or environmental law.
Proven track record of leading cross-border energy or environmental matters and managing client relationships.
Established, portable practice or demonstrable business development capability appropriate for a partner role.
Experience supervising teams and contributing to practice growth and strategy.
