Lateral Partner — Energy & Environmental Transactions — San Francisco

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an energy and environmental transactional practice from the firm’s San Francisco office. The role is focused on project and infrastructure transactions across the energy sector, with responsibility for originating work and managing deal teams.

The partner will advise clients on complex transactional matters including project development, asset acquisitions/dispositions, and regulatory-related commercial structuring. • Proven partner-level transactional experience in energy, infrastructure, or environmental matters.
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable client development ability preferred.
• Strong deal management skills and experience leading multidisciplinary deal teams.
• California bar admission (or eligible) and ability to work from the San Francisco office.
