The role will focus on high‑profile energy and infrastructure matters across the United States, advising clients on regulatory, transactional and project development issues.
Hybrid/location‑agnostic arrangements are available. The firm is looking for an experienced partner who can contribute immediately through a strong practice, client relationships and business development; compensation and evaluation will be tailored to experience and contribution.
- Established partner-level experience in energy and/or environmental law, including infrastructure and project work
- Proven client development record and a portable practice or demonstrable pipeline of opportunities
- Deep familiarity with U.S. energy regulatory and permitting frameworks
- Strong litigation/transactional drafting and deal-management skills; ability to lead teams and mentor junior lawyers
- Bar admission as required to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdictions (Washington, D.C. preferred)
