Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Energy and Environmental practice group based in Washington, D.C. The role will focus on high‑profile energy and infrastructure matters across the United States, advising clients on regulatory, transactional and project development issues.

Hybrid/location‑agnostic arrangements are available. The firm is looking for an experienced partner who can contribute immediately through a strong practice, client relationships and business development; compensation and evaluation will be tailored to experience and contribution.

Established partner-level experience in energy and/or environmental law, including infrastructure and project work
Proven client development record and a portable practice or demonstrable pipeline of opportunities
Deep familiarity with U.S. energy regulatory and permitting frameworks
Strong litigation/transactional drafting and deal-management skills; ability to lead teams and mentor junior lawyers
Bar admission as required to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdictions (Washington, D.C. preferred)
