Senior partner opportunity with a leading international law firm seeking to strengthen its Germany energy practice. The role will focus on advising energy-sector clients on transactional, regulatory and commercial matters across the German market.

The post-holder will lead local teams, develop client relationships and play a central role in growing the practice across Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Munich. This is a visible, business-facing partnership role within an established international platform.

Proven senior-level experience in energy law within Germany (transactional, regulatory or commercial matters).
Eligible for partnership in Germany and admitted to practise in the relevant German jurisdiction.
Demonstrated track record of originating and managing client work; portable practice or client relationships desirable.
Strong leadership, business development skills and fluency in German; experience working with cross-border teams.
