Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Energy & Infrastructure team. The role will focus on advising clients across conventional and renewable energy projects, including transactional, development and project-finance matters.

The role is open to candidates who can lead deals, manage client relationships and grow a portable practice. You will join a cross-border group working on energy projects in the US and UK markets and collaborate with financing, regulatory and construction specialists.

Proven partner-level experience in energy and infrastructure transactions, including renewables and project development.
Track record of leading deals and managing teams across cross-border matters.
Client relationship and business development capability; portable book of business welcome.
Strong commercial judgment on project finance, regulatory consent and commercial contracting.
