Seeking a senior tax partner to lead and expand a tax-credit practice within a national energy team. The role will advise sponsors, developers and lenders on federal and state tax incentive structures, with a focus on renewable energy and other energy transition projects.
The partner will take a leading role on transactional work, structuring and negotiating tax equity, credits and incentives, and coordinating with project finance, corporate and regulatory colleagues across offices. Strong client development and practice leadership experience is required.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established partner-level experience advising on tax credits and energy-related tax incentives
- Track record of originating and closing energy transactions, including tax-equity and project finance matters
- Ability to lead client teams, develop business and collaborate across national offices
If the fit is not obvious on paper, it is still worth a conversation — partner briefs move with the candidate.
