Opportunity for a partner to join a growing corporate team in Edinburgh with a clear focus on energy work. The role will sit across corporate transactions for energy-sector clients, with regular involvement in oil & gas matters and related real estate and planning issues.

The team is expanding and open to candidates who can lead mandates, develop client relationships and contribute to business development. The firm is receptive to lawyers with a portable practice but will consider strong candidates regardless of book size.

Qualified solicitor/advocate in the UK with partner-level experience in corporate energy transactions.
Proven track record on oil & gas and associated real estate or planning matters.
Demonstrable business development experience and ability to win or grow client relationships.
Strong deal leadership and team management skills; excellent commercial judgment.
