This is a hands-on leadership role: you will work with the local corporate team to originate and execute complex transactions, help build the practice and mentor junior lawyers. The team values strategic business development and a collaborative, growth-oriented approach.
The firm seeks candidates with an established portable practice, though there may be flexibility for a strategically important hire with complementary skills or client relationships.
- Partner-level track record in energy, infrastructure and related M&A transactions.
- Approximately 15–20 years of relevant private practice experience or equivalent seniority.
- Proven business development record and ability to bring or grow a portable practice; flexibility may be considered for uniquely strategic candidates.
- Strong leadership, client-management and mentoring skills suited to a building-mode team.
