Leading U.S. law firm is seeking an experienced transactional energy partner or small partner team to join its national corporate practice. The role focuses on M&A, project development and project finance across oil & gas, renewables and broader energy-sector transactions.

The firm is looking for a partner with a demonstrated track record in complex energy deals, strong relationships with corporate and financial clients, and the ability to develop and grow an energy-focused practice. A portable book of business or demonstrable client origination capability is required.

Established partner-level track record in energy transactions (M&A, project finance, project development)
Experience across oil & gas and renewable energy matters
Proven client origination and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Excellent technical drafting, negotiation and business development skills
Active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction
