The successful candidate will advise on renewable and traditional energy transactions, tax structuring for infrastructure and maritime projects, and regulatory aspects related to gas and energy sectors. This is a client-facing leadership role with responsibility for developing business and mentoring junior lawyers.
- Established partner with a portable practice in energy, infrastructure, maritime or related tax work
- Deep technical experience in tax planning and structuring for energy, renewable projects, and/or maritime/construction matters
- Proven client development record and ability to originate or expand fee-generating work
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills; admitted to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction
