Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an energy- and maritime-focused tax practice from the firm's Boston office. The role combines transactional tax advisory across energy and infrastructure projects with cross-cutting work on maritime and construction matters.

The successful candidate will advise on renewable and traditional energy transactions, tax structuring for infrastructure and maritime projects, and regulatory aspects related to gas and energy sectors. This is a client-facing leadership role with responsibility for developing business and mentoring junior lawyers.

Established partner with a portable practice in energy, infrastructure, maritime or related tax work
Deep technical experience in tax planning and structuring for energy, renewable projects, and/or maritime/construction matters
Proven client development record and ability to originate or expand fee-generating work
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; admitted to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction
