Established international law firm seeking a partner to lead and expand its Energy practice in Houston. The role covers upstream and midstream oil & gas matters alongside growing renewable energy and energy transition work.

The firm is looking for a senior lawyer who can originate and manage client relationships, lead multi-disciplinary teams on complex transactions and regulatory matters, and help grow an integrated US energy platform.

Proven partner-level experience in oil & gas and renewable energy transactions and/or project development.
Demonstrable client origination and relationship management; portable practice preferred.
Track record of leading deal teams and mentoring senior associates.
Admitted to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction and able to work from the Houston office.
