Leading national firm is seeking an experienced partner to join its energy and project finance team. The role will focus on complex power and infrastructure transactions across renewables, power marketing and power purchase arrangements, with regular interaction on related tax, regulatory and construction issues.

The successful candidate will join a cross-disciplinary practice that handles project development, project finance, procurement and related corporate matters. This is an opportunity to lead matters, work with established deal teams and grow an existing or portable client base.

Established partner-level experience in energy project finance and related transactional work.
Demonstrable experience with renewables, power marketing/PPA documentation, or project procurement and construction agreements.
Strong tax and regulatory knowledge relevant to energy transactions preferred.
Proven business development skills; portable practice or ability to develop client relationships.
