Senior hires sought for a partner-level role leading contracts, public procurement and commercial advisory work from a major Bristol office. The role will focus on government and public‑sector clients, charities and commercial counterparts, plus related commercial litigation where required.

The successful candidate will take a visible client-facing role on public contracts and government panel matters, help broaden the firm’s commercial offering and work with existing teams across corporate and charity advisory practices. A clear pathway to equity and scope to grow a practice are available.

Candidates with an established, portable practice or demonstrable ability to bring and develop client relationships in the public sector/charity space are encouraged to apply.

Proven partner-level experience in public procurement, government contracts and commercial contracts advisory.
Strong track record of fee‑earning and business development with public‑sector, charity or commercial clients; portable client relationships welcomed.
Experience managing teams and working with cross‑practice corporate and litigation colleagues.
Excellent commercial judgment and ability to lead on government panel and procurement matters.
