Senior employment lawyer sought to lead and develop a busy employment practice from the Bristol office of a leading international law firm. The role covers advisory work and contentious matters for UK and multinational employers, with responsibility for managing a team and supporting wider practice growth.

The successful hire will handle complex employee relations issues, tribunal litigation, restructurings and HR-focused commercial advice. There is clear scope for visible client-facing work and business development across the firm’s corporate and commercial clients.

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent UK employment qualification)
  • Established background in employment & labour law, with significant experience in both advisory and contentious work
  • Proven people management skills and experience supervising junior lawyers
  • Strong client relationship and business development capability
