Leading UK law firm seeks a partner to head up restructuring and finance work from its Bristol office. The role combines contentious insolvency and restructuring matters with corporate and finance-related mandates, advising businesses, lenders and stakeholders across complex restructurings.

This is a client-facing leadership role: you will run matters, develop business, mentor fee-earners and work closely with national teams to deliver cross-office instructions. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to bring new work to the firm is expected.

Qualified solicitor with substantial partner-level experience in restructuring/insolvency and related finance matters.
Proven track record of originating and winning instructions; portable practice or clear business development record.
Experience managing and mentoring teams and handling high-value, complex matters.
Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills.
