An established national real estate team is seeking a partner‑level lawyer to join its residential development practice. The role is open across multiple UK offices and will involve advising housebuilders, developers and investors on site acquisitions, plot sales, conditional contracts and associated documentation.

The successful candidate will work on a mix of transactional matters across the development lifecycle and will collaborate with planning, construction and finance specialists within the wider practice. This is a visible role with opportunities to lead deals and support growth in regional hubs.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent UK qualification)
Proven experience advising on residential development transactions (site acquisitions, plot sales, conditional contracts)
Strong drafting and commercial negotiation skills
Ability to lead matters, manage teams and contribute to business development
