Seeking an experienced real estate partner to lead and grow a busy Leeds real estate team. The role offers responsibility for advising on a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, development, leasing and investment transactions.

The partner will manage and mentor fee-earners, develop client relationships, and drive business development across the practice. The role includes collaboration with national and international colleagues on multi-jurisdictional matters.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with senior-level real estate experience
Proven track record advising on commercial property transactions (acquisitions, disposals, development, leasing, investment)
Experience leading teams, mentoring lawyers and managing client relationships
Commercially minded with demonstrable business development experience
