Partner — Corporate (M&A/Transactional) — Bristol

Senior partner-level role for a UK corporate practice in Bristol, leading M&A and transactional work for a mix of corporate and private clients. The role will involve running complex deals, leading deal teams and advising across the full transactional lifecycle.

The successful candidate will take a leading role on business development and relationship management within the region and nationally. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships will be highly valued.

• Qualified solicitor with extensive partner-level M&A / corporate transactional experience
• Proven track record of leading deals and managing fee-earning teams
• Strong business development skills and a record of client origination or portable relationships
• Excellent commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills
