Experienced energy partner sought to lead and grow a cross-border energy and infrastructure practice with an emphasis on renewable energy. The role will involve originating and executing complex transactions and advising sponsors, developers and investors across the US and UK markets.

We are looking for a senior lawyer who can build a portable practice, lead deal teams, and collaborate with a global energy platform. The team offers a sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional client base and opportunities to shape strategic growth in renewables and infrastructure.

Established partner with substantial experience in energy and renewable energy transactions or project development.
Proven track record of originating business and managing client relationships; a portable practice welcomed.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-border teams and advise on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.
Bar admission and/or relevant qualifications in the US and/or UK as appropriate.
