Established multi-office U.S. law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Energy practice. The role focuses on transactional matters across traditional and renewable energy sectors, supporting regional and national clients from several Western U.S. offices.

The successful candidate will lead client matters, supervise deal teams and help expand the practice’s transactional offerings. This is a partnership-track position for an experienced energy transactional lawyer who wants a visible leadership role within a busy, geographically distributed platform.

Significant transactional energy experience (acquisitions, project development, asset disposition, joint ventures, or project finance).
Established track record of client origination and relationship development; portable business welcomed.
Strong team leadership and deal-management skills; able to supervise associates and collaborate across offices.
Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from one of the firm’s Western U.S. offices.
