Senior environmental and regulatory partner opportunity in Harrisburg to lead and grow a regional compliance and environmental practice. The role focuses on advising clients on regulatory matters, permitting, and environmental risk management across public- and private-sector matters.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrable experience in environmental law and regulatory compliance; experience with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) matters is a plus. The team seeks a commercial, client-facing partner who can manage matters, mentor junior lawyers, and develop local market relationships.

Portable practice and the ability to contribute business development are welcome; compensation and structure will reflect the candidate’s experience and contribution.

Bar admission and eligibility to practice in relevant jurisdiction(s).
Established partner-level experience in environmental law and regulatory compliance.
Experience with environmental permitting, regulatory advocacy, and enforcement defense; CEQA experience desirable.
Proven client-development skills and ability to manage and mentor a team.
