Senior environmental compliance partner role in Boston for an established, full‑service firm. The practice advises clients on regulatory permitting, enforcement defense, transactional environmental due diligence, and compliance programs across federal and state environmental regimes.

We are seeking a partner with a proven environmental/regulatory practice, preferably with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) experience or comparable state environmental review expertise. The role includes responsibility for client development and growing a portable practice.

Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
Extensive experience in environmental regulatory matters and compliance counseling
Experience with environmental permitting, enforcement response, and transactional due diligence; CEQA experience strongly preferred
Proven business development skills and ability to bring or grow client relationships/portable practice
