Lateral Partner — Environmental Compliance & Regulatory, Dallas

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand an environmental and regulatory compliance practice in the Dallas office of a major law firm. The role involves advising corporate and institutional clients on environmental regulatory matters, permitting, and compliance programs.

The successful candidate will build and manage a team, drive client development, and handle complex regulatory matters across state and federal arenas. Experience with environmental review processes (CEQA experience desired) and multi-jurisdictional regulatory work is a plus.

• Established environmental/regulatory practice with a track record of client development and business origination.
• Demonstrated experience advising on environmental compliance, permitting, and regulatory matters; CEQA experience desired.
• Proven leadership and team management skills; experience supervising associates and staff.
• Admission to the bar in an appropriate U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in Texas (or readiness to obtain admissions).
