Leading Bay Area office seeks a lateral partner to join its Environmental and Compliance practice in San Francisco. The role focuses on regulatory counseling, environmental permitting and litigation avoidance strategies for corporate and public-sector clients.

The successful candidate will lead client matters, develop and grow a portable practice, and work closely with cross-practice teams on regulatory and environmental issues. CEQA experience is highly desirable.

Lateral Partner-level experience in environmental law and regulatory compliance.
Proven background with CEQA and state/local environmental permitting and review.
Track record of leading matters and working with cross-disciplinary teams.
Ability and willingness to develop or bring a portable practice; business development experience preferred.
