Lateral Partner — Environmental & Energy Litigation, Bay Area

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand an established environmental and energy litigation practice in the Bay Area. The role focuses on complex civil litigation and regulatory enforcement matters, representing corporate and institutional clients across environmental, energy and related regulatory disputes.

The successful candidate will take a front‑line role on high‑stakes cases, mentor and manage associates, and collaborate with cross‑practice teams on transactional and regulatory matters. This is a partner-level opportunity with expectations for business development and a portable practice.

• Established partner-level experience in environmental and energy litigation and enforcement.
• Proven track record of handling complex civil litigation and regulatory matters; trial and motion experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships / portable practice.
• Strong team leadership, client management and cross‑practice collaboration skills.
