Leading German law firm seeks an experienced partner to join its Frankfurt Finance & Corporate team. The role will handle finance matters and corporate work with a focus on private equity and venture-capital related transactions.

The successful candidate will lead deal execution, develop client relationships and help grow transactional business from the Frankfurt office. This is an opportunity to join a well‑established practice with cross‑border workstreams and senior client exposure.

Established partner with significant experience in finance and corporate transactions, including private equity and VC deals
Proven deal leadership and business development record; a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships is desirable
Admitted to practice in Germany (or equivalent) and fluent in German and English
Strong drafting, negotiation and team management skills on complex transactions
