Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Houston office to develop and lead finance and corporate work with a focus on asset and investment management matters. The role combines high-level transaction work with business development and team leadership.

The successful candidate will advise institutional clients and sponsors on complex financing and corporate structuring matters, manage deal teams, and collaborate across practices. A portable practice is welcome; the team prioritizes technical excellence and client service over specific book-size thresholds.

Established partner with significant experience in finance and corporate transactions, ideally including asset/investment management matters
Proven track record leading deal teams and managing client relationships at a partner level
Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial judgment on complex financings and corporate restructurings
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction; willingness to be resident in Houston
