Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking and Corporate teams in Newark. The role will focus on advising private equity and venture capital clients on transactional matters and financings across middle‑market and growth-company deals.

The team offers deep cross-border capabilities and collaborates closely with complementary practice groups. This is a visible partner role with opportunities to lead matters, develop origination, and mentor junior lawyers.

Established partner with a strong track record in finance and corporate transactions, particularly private equity and venture capital matters.
Proven ability to originate and lead deals; a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are desirable.
Excellent client-management skills and experience supervising associates.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and eligibility to practice in New Jersey or New York.
