The successful candidate will take a hands-on role on significant transactions, supervise associates and collaborate with cross‑practice teams. A portable practice or demonstrable origination capability is valued and will be supported by the firm’s platform.

Established partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions.
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable business is an advantage.
Experience managing deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission.
