Leading global law firm seeks a partner to join its Finance & Banking and Securities teams in Newark. The role focuses on capital markets work within broader finance and securities matters and offers the opportunity to build and lead a transactional practice in a busy regional hub.

The successful candidate will have a partner-level track record advising on capital markets and related financing transactions, comfortable originating and managing client relationships and supervising deal teams. A portable practice or the ability to bring client relationships is desirable.

Established partner-level experience in capital markets, finance or securities transactions
Proven origination and client-management capability; ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers
Portable business or demonstrable plan to develop client relationships preferred
Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain admission
