Experienced partner-level lawyer sought to lead and grow a transactional real estate and construction practice in the Newark office of a global law firm. The role will focus on leasing and development work across industrial/logistics, resort development and related sectors, with significant cross-practice collaboration on healthcare, renewable energy and finance matters.

The partner will handle high-value transactions, mentor junior lawyers, and work with other teams (energy, healthcare finance) to expand client solutions. The role is open to candidates with an established transactional real estate record; a portable practice is welcome but a specific book size is not required.

Proven partner- or senior counsel-level experience in transactional real estate and construction law.
Track record on leasing, development and project-related work (industrial/logistics, resort development preferred).
Experience advising on transactions that intersect with healthcare, renewable energy or finance is advantageous.
Demonstrated client development skills; ability to grow a practice within a multidisciplinary platform. Portable book welcome but not required to apply.
Bar admission and right to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain same.
