Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Salt Lake City office to strengthen finance and corporate capabilities. The role focuses on transactions across corporate finance, private credit, asset finance and banking matters, and will work with deal teams on fund-related and PE-backed financings.

The position calls for a partner who can both lead complex transactions and grow client relationships. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to bring and develop business in the region is welcome.

Partner-level experience in finance and banking and corporate transactional work.
Proven track record on fund, private credit, asset finance or PE-related financings.
Established client development skills and comfort with a portable practice or cultivating new business.
Strong leadership, transaction management and team mentoring abilities; licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission.
