Leading national law firm seeks a seasoned finance partner to join and grow its Atlanta finance & banking practice. The role covers a broad finance platform including commercial lending, consumer finance (card programs and related products) and public finance.

The successful candidate will play a partner-level role in originating and managing transactions, mentoring junior lawyers, and developing client relationships across corporate and regulatory matters. Portable business and a track record of bringing or growing client relationships are welcome.

Established partner-level experience in finance & banking, including commercial lending and consumer finance.
Proven history of originating and closing transactions and managing client relationships.
Ability to lead teams and mentor associates.
Active bar admission and good standing; strong communication and business development skills.
