The team handles a range of finance matters including syndicated loans, acquisition financing, and capital markets work. The firm is open to candidates based nationwide and welcomes partners who can both service local clients and develop cross-market relationships.

Ideal candidates combine deep technical experience in banking and capital markets with proven business development ability and experience leading deal teams at the partner level. Portable practice and client relationships are a meaningful advantage.

Partner-level banking/finance transactional experience, including syndicated loans and capital markets matters
Proven track record leading deal teams and managing client relationships
Demonstrable business development skills; portable book of business preferred
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to qualify to practice in Texas
