The group handles a broad range of corporate finance matters. The team is seeking a partner who combines deep technical finance experience with client development ability and a collaborative approach to practice growth.

Successful partner-level track record in finance & banking (originating and executing transactions)
Proven client development and relationship management skills; ability to bring or grow a portable practice welcomed
Strong transactional experience (structured finance, acquisition finance or similar)
Bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction and ability to work on US matters
