Leading German commercial practice seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking team in Berlin. The role will involve advising banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers on a broad range of banking and finance matters.

We are looking for an experienced partner-level lawyer to lead and grow banking mandates, work closely with deal teams across Germany and internationally, and contribute to business development initiatives. A portable practice / book of business is welcome and will be valued.

Established partner with significant experience in banking and finance transactions.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on loan documentation and financing structures.
Fluent German and professional English; admitted to practice in Germany or equivalent qualification.
