Established national law firm is recruiting a lateral partner to join its Blue Bell finance and banking team. The role focuses on leading and growing transactional banking work, advising lenders and borrowers on secured and unsecured credit facilities, asset-based lending, and related commercial finance matters.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team and be expected to originate and manage client relationships, supervise associates, and contribute to practice development in the region. Portable business is welcome and will be considered as part of the hire.

Proven partner-level finance/banking transactional experience (loan documentation, syndicated and bilateral financings, asset-based lending preferred)
Established client development and relationship-management skills; portable relationships welcomed
Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
