Top-tier law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking practice in Boulder. The role will focus on originating and leading transactions and counseling clients across commercial lending, consumer finance, card programs and public finance matters, with responsibility for cross-practice coordination on related commercial disputes.

The team advises a diverse client base including financial institutions, fintechs and public issuers; the partner will lead client development, manage matters from pitching through closing, and mentor junior lawyers.

Portable business and an established book of business are welcome and will be considered in the hiring decision.

Experienced finance partner with a track record in commercial lending, consumer finance or public finance matters
Demonstrated ability to originate business and manage client relationships
Comfort leading transactions and coordinating with litigation teams on commercial disputes
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in Colorado
