Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Baltimore finance group with a primary focus on capital markets and related securities work. The role will involve advising issuers and underwriters on public and private offerings, debt and equity transactions, and cross-border financings.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, deal-focused team working on sophisticated corporate finance matters across industry sectors. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business in capital markets/finance is welcome and will be supported as the hire integrates into the platform.

Established partner with substantial experience in capital markets and corporate finance transactions
Strong transactional record advising issuers, underwriters, or lenders on public and private offerings
Proven client development and relationship management skills; portable business advantageous
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and team leadership abilities; ability to work across practice groups
